Deezer welcomes Brazilian DJ sensation Alok to kick off summer Rooftop Sessions in Paris

DJ Alok brings his electrifying sound to the Deezer HQ, with a mesmerizing performance on the Deezer rooftop against a stunning Parisian skyline

Paris, June 21st, 2023: Deezer’s Rooftop Sessions are back for the second year in a row, featuring performances from global artists and DJs. First in line is one of the world’s biggest DJs, Alok. Against the stunning backdrop of the French capital, the Brazilian dance music ambassador let his signature sound echo over the rooftops.

With a global footprint, Alok has performed in over 30 countries, including major festivals such as Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza and Rock in Rio. Alok is an icon in the Brazilian electronic scene and was ranked the 4th best DJ in the world by DJ Mag in 2021 and 2022 and #1 in Latin America in 2022. 

The recorded Deezer Rooftop Session includes a selection of Alok’s biggest hits, including “All By Myself” and “On & On”, as well as “Mami”.

The Deezer Rooftop Sessions began in 2022 as an intimate and exclusive event on Deezer’s rooftop terrace, providing a beautiful view of the Paris skyline. Channel Tres, SG Lewis, LF System, Myd, Darius, and many more have already performed on the Deezer terrace, making it a sought-after venue. For this year’s edition, Deezer proudly presents an extraordinary line-up of artists, featuring renowned names such as Alok, Lost Frequencies, Purple Disco Machine, Romy, Jungle and many more to come.
