Paris, September 28, 2026 – SACEM and Deezer today announced SACEM Play, a professional music solution, offered under the SACEM brand and powered by Deezer’s technology.

Sacem Play is designed for independent businesses that wish to play music in their spaces. The solution will provide a musical experience tailored to the specific environment of each business, with a simple and accessible user journey. This new offering is an addition to Deezer’s range of professional solutions, which includes Deezer for Professionals, delivered to companies and brands that consider sound an integral part of the experience they offer their customers.

While Deezer for Professionals remains the main solution for multi-zone environments, Sacem Play is specifically addressing the needs of independent businesses. It combines Sacem’s trusted relationship with customers and its distribution capabilities, with Deezer’s technology, catalog, and editorial expertise, in order to offer musical experiences adapted to each specific business environment.

“With Sacem Play, we want to put the full power of a professional solution at the service of independent businesses. Music is a genuine driver of customer experience, attractiveness, and differentiation. This new solution reflects our commitment to continuously enriching the services we offer our customers, with a simple and comprehensive platform that enables them to fully benefit from music. Sacem Play will also make it possible to allocate authors’ rights to creators more accurately, thanks to the usage data that will be available to us,” explains Jean-Felix Choukroun, Sacem’s Director of Marketing, Customer Relations, Digital & Key Accounts.

“At a time when music is becoming a strategic tool for businesses in terms of customer experience, brand image, and performance, Sacem Play enables us to put our technology, catalog, and editorial expertise at the service of independent businesses. Together with Sacem, we are offering a simple and reliable solution designed to adapt to the reality of each specific business,” adds Julien Delbourg, Deezer’s Commercial Director.

Sacem Play will offer an activation and trial process designed to make the service easy to get started with. Its gradual launch is planned by early 2027. Beyond the experience offered to independent businesses, Sacem Play addresses the need for music to be played within a clear framework that ensures remuneration for creators and rights holders. This ambition is part of Sacem and Deezer’s joint commitment to fairer remuneration, demonstrated by their collaboration on the Artist-Centric remuneration model and by Sacem’s use of Deezer’s tool to detect music that is 100% AI-generated.

  • Alexis Lanternier, CEO of Deezer, recognized as one of the most influential figures in the music industry in France
  • Deezer receives Billboard France’s Innovation Award for its AI-music detection technology

Paris, September 16, 2026 – Alexis Lanternier, CEO of Deezer, was recognized as one of the most influential figures in the French music industry at the inaugural Billboard Power Players ceremony in Paris, organized by Billboard France, September 15, 2026. Deezer also received the Innovation Award for its proprietary AI-music detection technology.

This double recognition highlights the transformation led by Alexis Lanternier since joining Deezer as CEO, in September 2024. Over the past two years, he has strengthened the platform’s position, maintaining focus on two key priorities: building sustainable growth and defending a more transparent and equitable music ecosystem for creators, rights holders, and fans.

Two years of transformation for Deezer

Under Alexis Lanternier’s leadership, Deezer reached a historic milestone by achieving profitability for the first time, in 2025. The platform recorded €534 million in revenue and a positive net income of €8 million, while continuing to grow its direct subscriber base in France, which increased by 8.6% over the year. These results demonstrate Deezer’s ability to combine financial performance, technological innovation, and a strong commitment to music creation.

“Being recognized by Billboard France as one of the music industry’s Power Players is a tremendous honor. Above all, this award recognizes the work of Deezer’s teams and our shared commitment to putting technology at the service of music, artists, and fans. In the face of the profound changes affecting our industry, we will continue to champion an approach based on transparency, fairness, and responsibility,” said Alexis Lanternier, CEO of Deezer.

Pioneering technology in response to the rise of AI-generated music

Deployed in January 2025, Deezer’s proprietary technology can identify tracks generated entirely by AI with 99.8% accuracy. In 2025, it detected and flagged more than 13.4 million AI-generated tracks. In June 2026, nearly 90,000 tracks generated entirely by AI were delivered to Deezer every day, representing, at peak levels, more than half of all new uploads to the platform.

To preserve the transparency of the user experience and protect artists’ earnings, Deezer has introduced a series of unprecedented measures:

  • Excluding AI-generated songs from algorithmic recommendations and editorial playlists;
  • Clearly labeling albums containing AI-generated songs;
  • Demonetizing streams identified as fraudulent, which account for up to 85% of plays associated with this AI-generated content;
  • Removing AI-generated tracks used for stream fraud or that have received no plays for at least six months.

As a result of these measures, AI-generated content accounts for only 1-3% of plays on Deezer, despite its growing share of overall upload volumes.

Innovation serving the entire music industry

Since January 2026, Deezer has made its detection technology available to other players in the music ecosystem, including streaming platforms, distributors, and collective management organizations. The technology has notably been adopted by French collective management organization Sacem, Dutch organization Buma-Stemra, and Hungarian organization EJI.

By making this technology accessible to the entire music ecosystem, Deezer wants to contribute to the development of common standards that will help better identify synthetic content, combat fraud, and protect the value of human creativity. This strategy is part of Deezer’s broader commitment to fairer streaming. The platform was the first to implement an artist-centric remuneration model* and to sign the Statement on AI Training, which calls for creators’ rights to be respected in the training of generative artificial intelligence models.

With this distinction from Billboard France, Deezer reaffirms its leading role in the debates shaping the future of the music industry and its ambition to make innovation a force for artists, rights holders, and fans.

*A remuneration system designed to better reward fans’ intentional listening and the artists who inspire that engagement, while limiting the impact of non-music content and fraudulent plays on the distribution of revenues.

Deezer – Live the music

Brussels, Paris, July 29th 2026 – Winamp today announced a landmark strategic partnership with Deezer that will power Winamp’s own premium music subscription service, marking a major milestone in the development of the next generation of the iconic Winamp Player.

Scheduled for release in H1, 2027, the new Winamp Player will introduce a completely reimagined listening experience built around a simple ambition: to reinvent the music player for the streaming era.

Under the agreement, Deezer will provide its white-label music streaming technology and global music catalogue, enabling Winamp to launch its own premium subscription offering under the Winamp brand. The service will be fully integrated into the new Winamp Player and delivered as a native Winamp experience.

Unlike traditional digital streaming platforms, the new Winamp Player will not be limited to music streaming. It will seamlessly combine premium streaming with users’ local music libraries, internet radio stations, podcasts, personal cloud-based collections and other audio sources, while introducing a highly customizable interface, new social capabilities and innovative ways to discover, organize and enjoy music.

While full details of the product will be revealed closer to launch, Winamp confirms that its subscription streaming service will deliver a fundamentally different experience from today’s traditional digital streaming platforms, reimagining both the listening experience and the subscription model.

More than twenty-five years ago, Winamp transformed the way millions of people listened to digital music. Despite the tremendous evolution of streaming services over the past decade, Winamp believes the core concept of the music player has remained largely unchanged. The company now intends to challenge that status quo once again.

The partnership will also benefit Winamp’s long-standing community. Following the launch of the new platform, the legendary Winamp desktop player, still actively used by more than 40 million users worldwide, will include Winamp’s premium music subscription service, powered by Deezer’s streaming technology.

“Winamp has always been about giving users the freedom to experience music their own way. Twenty-five years ago we changed the way people listened to digital music, and we believe the time has come to challenge the listening experience once again. This partnership with Deezer gives us access to world-class streaming technology and one of the richest music catalogues in the world, allowing us to focus on what matters most: building a unique Winamp product that brings together everything users want to listen to in one place.” – Alexandre Saboundjian, Chief Executive Officer, Winamp Group

“This partnership is much more than a technology agreement. It represents the coming together of two companies that share a passion for innovation in music. Deezer provides the streaming infrastructure; Winamp is creating a completely new product experience. Users won’t simply discover another streaming service—they will discover a new generation of the Winamp Player.” – Thierry Ascarez, Chief Business Officer, Winamp Group

“Much like Deezer, Winamp was part of building the foundation for the future, as the music ecosystem entered a new era through digital transformation, and we’re looking forward to contributing to the next phase of this iconic brand.” said Julien Delbourg, Chief Commercial Officer, Deezer. “Our role will be to support the vision of Winamp, and deliver a next generation music experience, through leading technology, a global music catalog, and two decades experience of bringing fans closer to their favorite artists.”

The next-generation Winamp Player is expected to launch in the first semester of 2027, with additional product announcements and previews to be unveiled in the coming months.

Remix Lab: Deezer launched the first in-app fan remix experience in music streaming, enabling fans to create their own version of songs from artists such as Céline Dion, Tiakola, Alonzo, Ronisia and Alain Souchon. All tracks are remixed with prior approval from the artists, and the streams are attributed to the original song, ensuring full rights compliance and fair artist remuneration, while creating a new engagement format.

AI music detector: Deezer launched a free online AI music detector, available in 27 languages, giving music streaming users across 20 of the most common platforms, the opportunity to check if their playlists include AI-generated tracks. Deezer is receiving nearly 90,000 AI generated tracks every day, accounting for more than 50% of the total daily delivery at peak times.

Monetization of AI detection tool: the Bureau for the Protection of Performers’ Rights (Előadóművészi Jogvédő Iroda Egyesület, EJI) in Hungary has reached an agreement with Deezer to acquire the usage rights for its AI Detection solution. By this step, EJI has become the first Hungarian collective management organization capable of detecting the presence of generative AI in recordings made available to the public. BumaStemra, Netherland’s collecting society for composers and music publishers has also licensed Deezer’s AI detection tool, gaining the ability to differentiate between AI-generated and human made music, to continue safeguarding the rights of its 38,000 members.

Deezer for Business: Deezer recently announced revamped partnership offering, Deezer for Business, a one-stop shop for music experiences, delivering high-end solutions through a premium music catalog, proven technology, and real-world expertise. The new Deezer for Business offering is designed to drive growth by supporting companies across five distinct pillars and help them stand out by creating new business opportunities through leveraging music (Deezer for Partners, Deezer Music as a Service, Deezer for Advertisers, Deezer for Professionals, Deezer AI Detection).

On July 1st, Deezer entered a partnership with the iconic American brand Winamp (now based in Belgium). Deezer will provide its white-label music streaming technology and global music catalogue, enabling Winamp to launch its own premium subscription offering. The service will be fully integrated and delivered as a native Winamp experience. More than 40 million people currently use Winamp’s desktop MP3-player.

French Festivals support: Deezer continues to expand its support for summer festivals. In 2026, Deezer is supporting 12 French-speaking festivals, including 11 in France and 1 in Belgium. Through this 2026 initiative, Deezer confirms its position as a committed partner of the French music ecosystem. Besides, Deezer is taking its Deezer Next program to the next level by giving selected supported artists the opportunity to perform on some of the biggest stages at summer festivals.

Consolidated revenue amounted to €268.2 million in the first half of 2026 compared to €267.1 million in the first half of 2025, up 0.4% at current and constant currency, in line with expectations. This evolution reflects the continued growth in Direct (+6.7%) partly offset by the anticipated decline in Partnerships as well as in Other revenue.

Direct revenue amounted to €185.2 million in the first half of 2026 compared to €173.6 million in the first half of 2025, up 6.7% (6.8% at constant currency).  This revenue growth was primarily driven by: (i) subscriber base increase in France to 3.9 million (+8.4%) reflecting Deezer’s strategic focus, and (ii) good momentum in RoW subscribers (+9.2%) reflecting Deezer’s branding success.

Partnerships revenue amounted to €70.7 million in the first half of 2026 compared to €76.5 million in the first half of 2025, representing a decrease of (7.6)% (and (8.2)% at constant currency). This evolution was primarily due to the expected run-off of the Mercado Libre deal, while ARPU increased by 19.1% at €3.7, thanks to an improved offer mix. Overall, this segment stabilized in Q2 sequentially after several quarters of decline.

Other revenue, which is made up of advertising and ancillary revenue, came at €12.3 million in the first half of 2026 compared to €17.0 million in the first half of 2025, representing a decrease of (27.5)% at current currency. This change mainly reflected the expiry of a content licensing agreement in Q4 2025.

Adjusted gross profit amounted to €65.8 million in the first half of 2026 compared to €65.5 million in the first half of 2025 (+0.4%). This change mainly reflected the optimization of terms and a more favorable segment mix partly offset by lower Other revenue. Adjusted gross profit margin remained stable at 24.5%. Partnerships adjusted gross profit margin increased from 19.8% in H1 2025 to 22.6% in H1 2026 (+2.8 points).

Adjusted EBITDA amounted to €8.5 million in the first half of 2026 compared to €2.1 million in the first half of 2025, improving by €6.3 million. This good performance mainly reflected strict management of SG&A and marketing expenses which decreased by 6.1 million in H1 2026 and a slight increase in adjusted gross profit.

Operating income (EBIT) amounted to €6.5 million in the first half of 2026 compared to €(7.0) million in the first half of 2025, improving by 13.5 million. This change mainly reflected increased gross profit and lower operating costs, including lower other non-recurring charges.

Net income amounted to €6.7 million in the first half of 2026 compared to €(7.6) million in the first half of 2025.

Free cash flow totaled €37.4 million in the first half of 2026 compared to €1.0 million in the first half of 2025. This strong improvement mainly reflected the higher generation of working capital (+€29.9 million) including a significant one-off advance payment received under a partnership agreement, higher adjusted EBITDA and no other cash items.

Cash and cash equivalents7 amounted to €99.8 million at the end of June 2026 compared to €65.4 million as at December 31, 2025. The Group’s net cash amounted to €95.0 million at June 30, 2026.

Building on the momentum in H126, Deezer confirms its 2026 financial targets: maintaining FY26 revenue at the same level as FY25, while delivering sustained positive adjusted EBITDA and positive free cash flow for the third consecutive year. This outlook reflects Deezer’s continued focus on sustainable profitability and disciplined financial execution.

The 2026 half-year financial report will be filed on 29 July, with the French Financial markets authority (“Autorité des marchés financiers”). It will be available to the public and consulted on the www.deezerinvestors.com website in the Financial Results section.

  • 90,000 AI-generated tracks per day now represent over 50% of all new music uploads on Deezer at peak level in June, 2026.
  • In 2025, Deezer became the first streaming platform to detect, tag and exclude AI-generated music from algorithmic recommendations.
  • Moving forward, Deezer will systematically take down AI-tracks used for streaming fraud, and those that haven’t been streamed for at least 6 months.

Paris, July 21, 2026 – Deezer, the global music experiences platform, is today reporting that uploads of AI-generated tracks have, for the first time, exceeded half of all daily new music deliveries. Tracks detected as AI-generated reached its peak in June, representing more than 50% of total uploads of new music, with a monthly average of 90,000 tracks. Following this milestone, Deezer will take down generative-AI tracks used to generate fraudulent streams, as well those that haven’t been streamed for 6 months or more.

“Deezer has been at the frontline of fighting fraud and reducing payment dilution related to AI music for almost two years. Now that half of all daily uploads are AI-generated tracks, we are taking additional steps to safeguard the rights of artists and songwriters, while maintaining focus on music that fans actually love,” said Alexis Lanternier, CEO of Deezer. “We have reached a pivotal moment, but we have the technology to keep track of the development, and an ambition to do what’s right. If the industry can align and come together to create shared standards, we can build a healthy and sustainable music ecosystem, where great music wins.”

How Did AI Music Reach This Milestone?

Deezer’s proprietary, patent-pending, AI detection tool has been in place since January 2025, enabling the company to track and exclude AI-generated music from algorithmic and editorial recommendations. In June 2026, Deezer became the first streaming platform to explicitly tag AI-generated music for listeners, giving users full visibility into the content they hear. For additional information, see below the notes to editors.

AI detection on Deezer

*** ENDS ***

Notes to editors:

Deezer is now receiving nearly 90,000 fully AI-generated tracks every day, accounting for more than 50% of total daily deliveries on peak days. Deezer’s AI detection tool has been in place since the beginning of 2025, enabling the company to track a steady increase of fully synthetic content on the platform. In June 2025, Deezer became the first (and so far only) music streaming platform to explicitly tag AI-generated music. Over 13.4 million AI-generated tracks were detected and tagged on Deezer in 2025.

Deezer’s AI music detection tool sets an industry standard, with the ability to detect AI-generated music from the most prolific generative models, such as Suno and Udio, with the possibility to add detection capabilities for practically any other similar tool as long as there’s access to relevant data examples. Not only that, Deezer has made significant progress in creating a system with increased generalizability, to detect AI generated content without a specific dataset to train on.

Deezer is now licensing its AI-detection tech, offering the wider music industry an option to support transparency and reduce the incentive for AI-music fraud. Visit https://business.deezer.com/ai-detection/ for more info.

AI and fraud – Although fully AI-generated music currently accounts for only a small fraction of streams on Deezer, between 1-3%, it’s evident that the primary purpose of uploading these tracks to streaming platforms is fraudulent. Deezer has found that up to 85% of the streams generated by fully AI-generated tracks were in fact fraudulent in 2025. When detecting stream manipulation of any kind, Deezer excludes the streams from the royalty payments.

AI is a critical challenge for the music industry – According to a study conducted by CISAC and PMP Strategy, with participation from key industry players (including Deezer), nearly 25% of creators’ revenues are at risk by 2028, which could amount to as much as €4 billion by that time. This represents a colossal, even critical, challenge for the music creation sector as a whole. https://www.cisac.org/services/reports-and-research/cisacpmp-strategy-ai-study

AI tracks are removed from recommendations – Songs detected as AI-generated are automatically removed from algorithmic recommendations and are not included in editorial playlists. This  is a first step in making sure that these tracks don’t dilute the royalty pool in any significant way. Potential future actions, including updating our supplier policy and removing/demonetizing content need to be based on careful consideration.

Two new patents – In December 2024, Deezer applied for two patents for its AI Detection technology, focused on two different methods of detecting unique signatures that are used to distinguish synthetic content from authentic content. The patents have been published by the EU and US patent offices in June 2026.

Opinions on AI-music

In November 2025, Deezer commissioned the world’s first survey focused on perceptions and attitudes towards AI-generated music. The survey was carried out by Ipsos with a total of 9000 people in 8 countries, US, Canada, Brazil, UK, France, Netherlands, Germany and Japan. It revealed a clear desire for tagging AI-generated music and making sure artists and songwriters are being fairly treated and paid if their music is used to train AI-models. Key results included:

  • 97% couldn’t tell the difference between fully AI-generated music and human-made music in a blind test with two AI songs and one real song
  • 80%  agree that 100% AI-generated music should be clearly labeled to listeners
  • 73% of music streaming users would like to know if a music streaming service is recommending 100% AI-generated music
  • 52% of respondents feel that 100% AI-generated songs should not be included in charts alongside human-made songs in the main charts

FAQ

Figures updated to reflect Deezer data as of June, 2026

How many AI-generated tracks is Deezer currently receiving?
Deezer is now receiving approximately 90,000 fully AI-generated tracks every day, representing more than 50% of all daily uploads at peak in June 2026. Over 13.4 million AI-generated tracks were detected and tagged on Deezer in 2025 alone. Deezer’s AI detection tool has been in place since January 2025, enabling the company to track this steady increase of fully synthetic content.

How much of the actual listening on Deezer is AI-generated music?
Despite the enormous volume of uploads, fully AI-generated music accounts for only a small fraction of listening activity, between 1 and 3% of total streams. This is because all AI-detected tracks are automatically excluded from algorithmic recommendations and editorial playlists, drastically limiting their organic reach.

How many of those streams are fraudulent?
Up to 85% of streams on fully AI-generated tracks were identified as fraudulent in 2025 and have been demonetized by Deezer. By comparison, streaming fraud across the entire catalog accounted for only 8% of all streams in 2025. All fraudulent streams are removed from the royalty pool so they have no impact on legitimate artists’ earnings.

How does Deezer’s AI detection tool work?
Deezer’s detection tool identifies specific artifacts left behind by generative AI models in the audio they create. These artifacts are usually inaudible to humans but are detected by software and are rarely found in real recorded music, making them a strong signal for identifying AI-generated tracks. Because these artifacts are unique to each generative model, the tool can also identify which specific AI model was used. Deezer filed two patents for this technology in December 2024, focused on two different methods of detecting the unique signatures that distinguish synthetic content from authentic content.

How accurate is the detection tool?
Deezer’s AI detection system has an accuracy of 99.8%. It may miss approximately 2 tracks out of every 1,000 AI-generated tracks. Regarding false positives, it may incorrectly flag fewer than 1 track out of every 10,000 genuine human-made tracks. To further reduce errors, the AI tag is applied at the album level rather than the track level.

Does AI-generated music hurt real artists’ royalties?
Thanks to the unique actions Deezer has taken, AI music represents only 1 to 3% of streams on the platform, and up to 85% of those streams are fraudulent and demonetized. All fraudulent streams are removed from the royalty pool, so the overall impact on human artists’ royalties is minimal on Deezer.

What do listeners actually think about AI music?
In November 2025, Deezer commissioned the world’s first international survey on attitudes toward AI-generated music, conducted by Ipsos across 9,000 people in 8 countries. Key findings: 97% could not tell the difference between AI-generated and human-made music in a blind test; 80% agree that 100% AI-generated music should be clearly labeled to listeners; 73% of streaming users want to know if their platform is recommending AI-generated music; 52% feel that AI-generated songs should not be included in main charts alongside human-made songs.

Can other streaming platforms license Deezer’s AI detection tool?
Yes. Since January 2026, Deezer has made its AI detection technology commercially available to any organization in the music ecosystem, including other streaming platforms, rights organizations, and distributors. Deezer has already performed successful tests with industry leaders including Sacem. The tool is also used by Billboard to determine which tracks in their charts are AI-generated. Deezer – Live the Music

  • Deezer is the first music streaming platform to offer a remix feature, with full rights compliance and in agreement with the artists
  • Deezer continues to give artists and fans unique moments to connect
  • Launching initially in France, the feature could roll out internationally in the coming months

Paris, June 24, 2026 – Deezer, the global music experience platform, today announced the launch of Remix Lab, a feature integrated directly in the app, through the Deezer Club. Remix Lab is the first feature of its kind in the music streaming ecosystem, offering a new way for fans to connect with their favorite music in a creative way. It is developed with the prior agreement of the artists, and fully respecting rightsholder agreements.

With this feature, Deezer continues to innovate, offering a customizable and social product that aligns with user habits and taking another step forward by enriching the exclusive experiences offered within the Deezer Club in France. Through different contests, fans will be able to remix tracks from major artists such as Céline Dion (J’irai où tu iras), Tiakola (Meuda), Alonzo (18 carats), Ronisia (Solide), Mosimann (Soon ft Gaëtan Roussel), Zaho (Comme Caroline), Alain Souchon (J’ai 10 ans).

A creative feature for the fans

Pierre Trochu, Head of Product at Deezer, said: “This feature focuses on simplicity and accessibility and in just a few clicks, users can reimagine and rediscover a track they already know and love, by applying either simple effects such as increasing the speed or adding reverb, or more elaborate transformations such as changes to musical genre and style.”

A response to the habits of a new generation

Today, Gen Z fans in particular are no longer passive listeners, and 30% of tracks shared on TikTok are already modified by users, without this systematically generating revenue for artists and rights holders. Younger generations are already co-creating, and Deezer is now giving them an ethical framework in which to do so.

Artists at the center, compensated for every stream

Every remix is created with the explicit agreement from the artist. Streams generated from remixed versions are fully attributed to the original work. Every listen counts, and artists are compensated accordingly, in line with the rights owed to them. An approach fully consistent with Deezer’s commitment to fair and transparent remuneration.

How does it work for fans?

Participants discover the contest directly in the Deezer Club or on the artist’s page within the app, and are invited to add their creative touch to the artist’s track. The created remix can be streamed immediately, added to playlists and shared with their community, just like any other track, available exclusively on Deezer. Contest winners will be announced in early September. Their remix will be featured in a dedicated Deezer playlist bringing together all winning remixes. They will each also receive 2 tickets to a Deezer Purple Door event taking place in September, as well as a piece of merchandise from the artist whose song they remixed.

A long-term vision

Alexis Lanternier, CEO of Deezer, said: “This remix tool perfectly embodies our vision of offering a product that enriches the listening experience for fans, by allowing them to participate in the creative process and create a deeper connection with their favorite music, directly in the Deezer app. True to our DNA, these features are made possible with full participation of the artists, fully respecting rights, and maximizing earnings for each track.”

Launched first in France, this feature could be extended to other countries in the coming months.

Deezer – Live the music

Music streaming services such as Deezer often recommend personalized playlists to users. Playlist captioning, which involves describing these playlists in natural language, is essential for helping users understand the content behind each recommendation, yet remains challenging at scale. This paper presents the automatic playlist captioning system deployed on Deezer in 2025 to address this challenge. Leveraging recent advances in large language models (LLMs) to generate descriptive captions from diverse data sources in a controlled manner, this system now powers the Daily Mix feature, used by millions of users. This deployment has led to significant improvements in user engagement, highlighting how the semantic framing of an unchanged recommendation shapes user perception in online personalized experiences.

AI is transforming the way content is created, making it harder than ever to tell what’s human-made and what’s machine-generated. Whether it’s articles, images, or videos, the lines are becoming increasingly blurred – and music is no exception.

Would you be able to tell if your favourite playlist contained AI-generated music?

97% of people can’t – which is why we’ve built AI Music Detector, a free online tool available in 27 languages, that allows users to scan their playlists from more than 20 popular streaming platforms and instantly discover how much of their music is AI-generated versus human-made.

How it works

Using Spot AI is simple:

  1. Visit the AI Music Detector page.
  2. Choose your streaming service and connect your account.
  3. Let Deezer scan your playlists.
  4. View and share your results.

No Deezer account is required.
